F.A.Q.'s:

1) HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Typically you will receive your order within 7 business days of purchase. International shipping can take up to two weeks in transit time. Days in transit may shift if the order is placed during a public holiday or on a weekend.

2) THE ITEM I WANT IS UNAVAILABLE...

Guten Co. products are made in small batches so sometimes products will be listed as sold-out. Feel free to contact us if you would like to purchase a sold out item and usually we are able to make the item especially for you and ship within about 2 weeks.

3) CAN YOU SEND ITEMS AS A GIFT?

Yes, we can send the package to a different address than the billing address listed in your check-out. Simply email us the alternate address and what you would like written on a personalized note to be included with the item(s).

When requested, we ship internationally to most countries. Please contact us for a quote at sarah@gutenco.com. 

RETURN POLICY

If your products do not work out for you, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. You can ship your return to 215 Dawson St., San Antonio, TX 78202  with a note in the package with your information and order number. We don't provide return shipping labels unless you received a defective item.
